POINTBENCH APPOINTED OFFICIAL SCORING SYSTEM
Czech-based Pointbench have been appointed as the official results and statistics system for the tournament.
For over a decade the team at Pointbench have been providing support for European and other international tournaments and we look forward to working with them.
3 December
The tournament has partnered with Te Taura Whiri i te Reo Māori the Māori Language Commission to promote te reo as a living language and an ordinary means of communication.
We have taken the opportunity utilise the ‘Te Reo Māori ki Parī 2024’ which was developed for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games with the NZ Olympic Committee.
We are excited to include te reo in our communications, promotional material, signage and live streaming.
OFFICIALS & volunteers confirmed
Āpiha (Officials) and Tūao (volunteers) from Aotearoa New Zealand and across the globe have been confirmed.
Āpiha are coming from both the Asia-Pacific region as well as Europe and North America.
Tūao (volunteers) from New Zealand are being supported by those coming from Australia and the United States.
Without the the dedication and commitment these Āpiha and Tūao give to our sport of Lacrosse, it would be very difficult to host this tournament, so we'd like to take this opportunity to publicly thank them.

World Lacrosse and Asia Pacific Lacrosse Union have approved the gamed schedule. 17 games in total. 9 games over 3 days of pool play, 2 play-in games, semi-finals and finals.

Tūao (volunteers)
Tūao (volunteers) are integral to assisting with the 2026 Asia-Pacific Men's Lacrosse Championship.
Current and past lacrosse players, sports fan and locals who just love supporting community events, will be involved in our tournament.

NZ Lacrosse believes family and whānau who are supporting the teams add a very valuable contribution to the team's experience. We welcome the opportunity for supporters to attend the Championship.
